(hereinafter referred to as the Company) will directly or indirectly collect, handle and use your personal information within the the following matters and purposes. When you express your rejection to receive marketing through the personal information used by the Company, within the statutory period, the Company is not allowed to use your personal information for the purpose of marketing. Except for requirement of the Company's execution of duties or general matters or the following of the regulation of other laws, you may request the Company to delete, stop handling or using your personal information. You have clearly understood that the agreement conforms to the requirement of Personal Information Protection Act and its related laws, and the agreement produces effect on the Company's collecting, handling, and using your personal information in written form.
