When you complete the form, it means you agree with the following contents: Purposes for collecting information: On the basis of Personal Information Protection Act and its related acts, the Company collecting, handling and using your personal information necessary within the range in order to provide good services and execute duties or general matters. For the Company's  preservation of your personal information, you reserve the following rights in the future: You can request the Company to stop collecting, handling or using your personal information and request the Company to delete it.

When you express your rejection to receive marketing through the personal information used by the Company, within the statutory period, the Company is not allowed to use your personal information for the purpose of marketing. When the purpose for collecting your personal information disappears or expires, you agree that the Company may continue preserving, handling, or using your personal information. Except for requirement of the Company's execution of duties or general matters or the following of the regulation of other laws, you may request the Company to delete, stop handling or using your personal information. You have clearly understood that the agreement conforms to the requirement of Personal Information Protection Act and its related laws, and the agreement produces effect on the Company's collecting, handling, and using your personal information in written form.
