Privacy Policy

To protect your personal information, on the basis of Personal Information Protection Act, Liberty Stationery Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) will directly or indirectly collect, handle and use your personal information within the the following matters and purposes. When you complete the form, it means you agree with the following contents: Purposes for collecting information: On the basis of Personal Information Protection Act and its related acts, the Company collecting, handling and using your personal information necessary within the range in order to provide good services and execute duties or general matters. You agree that the Company can confirm your identities, contact you, and provide services and information of the affiliated companies or partners including but not limited to the claiming of prizes and gifts, membership registration and verification, the notification of advertising marketing, service information, special activities, new services, new products, and other purposes under the regulation of other privacy protection policies.

The duration, area, target and method the Company uses your personal information in under your approval:

(1) Duration: When the Company exists or the duration of information preservation in accordance with the act.
(2) Area: Within the territory of Taiwan, R.O.C.
(3) Target: The Company, the Company's branches, the Company's affiliated companies and other facilities with business contact or cooperation with the Company.
(4) Method:  The personal information will be used in telephone, text messages, E-mail, paper form or other proper ways applicable for the current technology. In accordance with the law, the personal information will be filed for the purpose of marketing. For the Company's  preservation of your personal information, you reserve the following rights in the future: You can request the Company to stop collecting, handling or using your personal information and request the Company to delete it.

When you express your rejection to receive marketing through the personal information used by the Company, within the statutory period, the Company is not allowed to use your personal information for the purpose of marketing. When the purpose for collecting your personal information disappears or expires, you agree that the Company may continue preserving, handling, or using your personal information. Except for requirement of the Company's execution of duties or general matters or the following of the regulation of other laws, you may request the Company to delete, stop handling or using your personal information. You have clearly understood that the agreement conforms to the requirement of Personal Information Protection Act and its related laws, and the agreement produces effect on the Company's collecting, handling, and using your personal information in written form.
